I ordered 4 of these sockets. Each of them came in their own packaging. They are of good quality, with good gauge wire to deal with the current and new gaskets for sealing. The gaskets are needed to mount the mount directly into the lens, so installing them is the way to go. All four ports work as expected. No problem.

They were easy to install and a good replacement for my 1995 Chevy C1500 pickup. There is a drop of grease on the underside of each socket. Make sure it does not interfere with the lamp's contact with the metal plate at the bottom of the socket. I had to move the grease in one of the sockets because it was preventing the lightbulb from working properly. Once I found that the grease was preventing the bulb from making proper contact with the metal plate, the sockets and bulbs worked perfectly.
