Easy to replace, remove kicker cover (two screws), ignition switch on right side of starter end, remove ignition switch wire by pressing latch underneath. Remove the two screws from the old ignition switch and replace it with a new one.

I had intermittent starting problems (clicks but not tipped over) on my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder. I even replaced the starter motor before realizing the problem was a bad ignition switch. The problem is resolved after installing a new switch. Easy to replace, takes about 10 minutes.
