🔧 Enhanced Performance PCV Valve by Standard Motor Products - V412 Review

The valve spring had a very week when I received the valve went ahead and replaced it. Now the car idles erratically as if the PCV valve is leaking. I will clean the old valve and put it back.

I NEVER write reviews but this piece broke while trying to put it on. I didn't even get close to the torque ratings it was supposed to have. I spent the next 1.5 hours trying to get the threaded part out of my engine.

Fits my 2009 Honda Fits exactly like OEM. Compared to the OEM, they seemed perfect. If I run into any issues I will definitely update this review. But at the moment, after installation, the car starts without any problems and works like new!

Great product. Identical to OEM valve. Easy to replace for almost any backyard mechanic with the tools and knowledge of Lefty Free, Right Tight! Save about $40 having a reliable dealership replace it.

I have a used car and thought there was a simple, inexpensive service I could do. I found out that the PCV valve I replaced was probably the original, it's a 10 year old machine. After reading the reviews I had a tight finish until I got there with a single click. I also watched videos on YouTube on how to do it.

My 2008 Honda Element didn't burn oil. then, over the course of several months, it began to burn more and more oil. The FB group recommended that I replace this valve. it was easy and a perfect fit. and after 200 km drive. Zero oil waste. Now I will switch every few years.

I bought this PCV valve along with a set of NGK spark plugs to service my 2007 Honda CR-V when he broke. Well today was warm enough and I started installing these parts. Removed my old PCV valve fairly easily. Screwed in a new PCV by hand, then screwed it in to spec and didn't even come halfway when it broke in half!
