Worked well for sockets and socket sets

Tool worked well. Fits perfectly on my Johnson outboard, unscrewed the screw and sprayed oil everywhere. I thought the oil/fluid had spilled so I wanted to top it up. Surprise! Fluid under pressure, the tank is not empty.

Pros
  • Ball detent
Cons
  • There are new competitors

A trusted classic, the pinnacle of custom sockets

Exactly what you expect. Easy and smooth application of torque to the center of the fastener (in this case the oil fill hole (that someone overtightened). I bent some washers, a bike wrench, and a quarter to try and undo this fastener. This little drag-and-drop job made things easier.

Pros
  • 1/2" drag sockets
Cons
  • So far so good

The perfect adapter for connecting a jack to a cordless drill!

Perfect for what I bought it for: mechanizing the tedious task of fitting a spare tire to a truck. I bought a 1/2" extension to go with it and can now use my new Silverado's tire lever with a cordless drill. I had a drill press, so the "battery jack" was invested with a minimum of dollars.

Pros
  • Made in the USA
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
