Due to the water crisis I finally got the chance to use this only to find out the wet wipe option doesn't work because it's missing the o-ring to cover the seal. great to know when you need it most. It was the first time I used it. Kind of shit

Bought to replace our old one. It's a lot smaller than we expected and handles construction dust etc very well (My husband is renovating our bathrooms so we have a lot of construction debris and he did a good job of collecting everything.) Very pleased. with how it works; Didn't give 5 stars because it's smaller.

Works very well. I was initially concerned that it only has 4 hp, but I also didn't quite understand how much suction power that means. It has a lot more power than it needs, but I'm sure it will come in handy. Excellent purchase. The only advice I can give is to ship it with some sort of accessory holder.

Strong suction. Appears to be well built. Very loud. The top is heavy and easily tips over. Poorly packaged for shipping. Supplied in a very thin cardboard box. The box was damaged and the vacuum cleaner had a clear dent. Wanted to send it back but not worth the hassle. Managed to knock out most of the dent. Doesn't interfere with work. Stanley makes good products but probably won't order anything else due to poor packaging. Doesn't like getting damaged tools.

After more than ten years of intensive use, I finally had to replace my original ShopVac. VERY disappointed in this little Stanely. Looks great. Good suction power for a short time. BAD DESIGN in continued use. Rigid short hose that is screwed on. The threaded connection seemed great until I realized I couldn't use my longer, more flexible old hose. This is a very powerful little vacuum that has made my cleaning a lot easier. It's easy to carry or roll. The only thing I would like to change is that I could attach the wider hose more easily if something gets stuck when clearing out my guinea pig litter - the hay is too big for that. Haven't found a converter or a way to attach a 2.25" hose that worked yet. It would also be better to stow the tubes/extensions on the other end (they only fit on the base one way - the small end). Lots of suction, I bought it to use with a Neutripure backpack as a portable shop vacuum.
