🌡️ Stainless Steel Stant Superstat Premium Thermostat Review

I recently replaced the water pump on my 2001 Chevy S-10 2.2L. I bought this thermostat to replace the old one when replacing the water pump. Works like the old thermostat. Opens at 195F.

Works as advertised. I installed it in my 2001 GMC Sonoma and the engine temp gauge stayed steady halfway up the dash. The package does not include a gasket so make sure you buy the 35614 Fel-Pro Thermostat Gasket.

Does the job - accurate temps and good construction - And it's the STANT product they've always used. I have several cars and this is my second purchase in the last few years. Remember as others have said - this does not come with a rubber grommet

What can I say, excellent quality. Thermostat. Works great for my 1995 Buick Regal Custom 3.8l v6. Of course it was only installed three days ago, seems to be working fine! :-) IMPORTANT NOTE: The thermostat gasket is not included, so be sure to purchase it separately. To save yourself a headache.

Bought for my 2007 Grand Prix which was taking a long time to get up to temperature. After a quick installation, the car heats up to 195 degrees. Just a note, no gasket is supplied so you will need to order one with the thermostat. Update: I was very happy with this thermostat over the summer. It is winter and operating temperature. never exceeds 180 degrees. The heater takes almost half an hour to warm up the car and it never gets "hot".
