STARELO Electrical Replacement Extension Industrial Review

Just received these plugs. While they appear to be strong and durable, they are NOT polarized as stated in the answer to a question I posted prior to ordering. I'll probably be able to use them for a few things, but I won't be ordering them again as most of my applications require polarized plugs.

I used them to replace the plugs on a couple of heaters. Not only do they fit heaters better than the standard plugs as they stay in the socket better, plugs and cords don't get hot making my heaters safer to use! Good quality, easy to install and safe to use with heaters!

I need to replace the connector on my soldering iron. Others I've looked at have little to no protection against the cord being unplugged. Not this one. There's a nice clip to keep the cord in place rather than just relying on screwed wires. This makes it a bit unwieldy for my thin soldering iron, but it works great and is more secure than others I've found.

Since plugs don't have one more pin than the other, it's hard to tell which pin should be hot and which should be neutral. Should probably not be sold in the US. Note. The seller contacted me about my review. We had a very cordial chat and they changed their product description to show that this fork is unreasonable. I take this as a sign of a reputable seller and will buy from them again.

This is handy because not only do you have enough space to work with the wiring inside the connector body, but the mounting screws are as well color-coded to help match hot, neutral, and ground wires with corresponding pins. They are also very strong and the pins can take a little force and pressure without losing their shape or being corrected. Great replacement for your broken or broken plug.
