Works as advertised. Very important.

Easy to install. A true plug-n-play system. It would be nice if there were a few more details on where best to mount the module, but I just tied it to the cross brace above the glove box. Synchronized without problems, the car started the first time. The installation took about 45 minutes from start to finish. I will update if there are any problems in the future. 4Runner SR5 Premium 2021.

Slightly slow, horrible installation video. But it works.

You see 8 seconds since the first press of the start button. If you're within range to initiate the remote start process by walking to your car, you can just sit down and get started. I think that has a certain advantage. The installation video is terrible. They could have spent a few more minutes identifying the best camera angles AND showing the recommended mounting/mounting location.

Launches 4runner up woman!

The entry-level version works great, the installation requires some effort, but is done in a few hours. I've watched a few videos online and would suggest removing the metal plate under the steering wheel, takes 30 seconds and saves you an hour of trouble! I'm disappointed that the car stalls when the door is opened, but there weren't any kits that solved this problem. Problem. If I found what I made, I would probably get it

Factory quality, convenience at an affordable price

Installing this remote start kit was a lot easier than I expected. later rattling on the street. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, same high quality as the factory version. If your 4Runner didn't come with a remote start I highly recommend buying this version, it's very easy to install, VERY affordable (compared to the factory version) and works the same as the factory version.

He does what he says.

Installed on a 21 year old 4Runner Off Road Premium with push button start. Once installed it does what it says on the tin, which is to work with your factory/OEM key fob to allow remote start with 3 presses of the lock button (press, press, press and hold). Once you have the passenger side dashboard properly disassembled, the wiring harness and key are very easy to install and programming is a breeze. The included wiring harness comes in handy as you don't have to cut or splice wires. You have
