Ideal for oversized cases

This was the only mount I could find that said it could hold the size and weight of my case. Have been using it for over a year now and it was exactly what I was hoping for.

I wanted to save space on my desktop and this product worked great. However, there is a slight wobble to the rotating jig, but that's not a deal breaker.

Appears used, riddled with scratches, thrown in a box and missing screws.

Arrived used, scratched, thrown in box with no protective packaging material. All the screws for mounting the table and attaching the top turntable to the guide plate are missing. What a disappointment.

Track length is either wrong or not listed at all

Warning: The track on this processor holder is much longer than the 10.09 listed several times in the product description. I wouldn't mind almost doubling the length if it didn't protrude from my desk. It negates the whole reason I bought this holder. Very disappointed.

Make sure you have a level

Use a level to ensure your PC is not tilted and the mount is not parallel to the floor due to slight oscillation of the suspension/sliding mechanism. In my case, the standoff on the clamp couldn't align my computer, so I had to place the (glass) side of my case on top of the metal, which is definitely not ideal. I also had to remove the LED strip from the bottom. my case as it interfered with the bottom support. Also, be careful with fixtures under your desk as they can get in the way of theโ€ฆ

Functional but could be better

I have a 40 lb computer case. Just installed today. The installation went quickly and easily. The spindle screw was slightly loose and free to spin when it arrived. I used a hex key and an adjustable wrench and tightened the nut and lock nut to limit the rotation. It didn't matter much since I already had the tools on hand. I was incredibly skeptical when I bought it, but Startech has served me well over the years, so I decided to give it a try. The six screws it came with sank into my oakโ€ฆ

False advertising - Wrong dimensions - I can't use it

More than once the product page has stated that it is a 10.09 inch rail. Nice, I think that's actually the main reason I bought this mount and not the other options. Other rails are too long to fit under my desk without brackets. , but this one is short enough to fit under my desk as it doesn't hit the crossbar support 16 inches from the front edge. At least that's what I was told, even with a very precise 4 digit number. To tell the truth, this track is longer than the others, almost doubleโ€ฆ
