Fast device, most features and great value for money.

This device was awesome. I used it to cast my Android device to my TV and it worked great. Setup was seamless and I was able to see my Android screen directly on my TV screen. It supported auto rotation, photos, videos, YouTube and everything else I've tried. I like this unit because it offers extras like connecting to other USB devices, wired Ethernet, and its own independent power supply for when you don't want to use your TV's USB port. Not suitable for streaming content.

I am leaving this review to help other potential buyers make an informed purchasing decision. I want to stream Netflix, Hulu, SlingTV, DLNA, etc. from my laptop or tablet to a 1080P HD TV. This works very well with an HDMI cable (full 1080P, very responsive, etc.). I was trying to get rid of the HDMI cable and this device looked promising. Decent Miracast is good for TV and video

I'll start with my bias: Miracast technology doesn't impress me. To be honest, Miracast disappointed in my opinion. Streaming HD video from my laptop or tablet via Miracast will never be acceptable to me. I just don't like the quality. I think Miracast works well for slideshows or presentations, but I don't think I'll ever be satisfied with HD video streamed over Miracast.
