This starter was poorly made in China, one of the connecting bolts broke when I tried to tighten the nut. Luckily I replaced this part of my old starter motor (and this part still works). So far it's working well and I hope it lasts a long time.

I liked that the starter motor turned the engine over the way I expected it to on the first try. This product offers excellent performance at an affordable price. I went shopping and found this device to be the best in terms of price, performance and fast delivery.

Arrived twice damaged and unusable! This is my second attempt to order from this company in the last 2 weeks. Both were broken. The latter shows rust on electrical connections. The padding inside the box is completely inadequate. Both boxes were marked "received damaged" by the USPO.

Great value for a brand new starter you can't beat it. Goes great with my 2004 Honda Odyssey. I asked my mechanic how much he thought I paid for it and he immediately said $250 and when I told him it was only $80 he couldn't believe it. Worked great on install and started up the first time. She was right and Odyssey lives on! Great car, we are the first owner, the starter was relatively easy to install and then started immediately. We had to buy a 6" socket extension, but otherwise all we needed was a standard socket set and a screwdriver.

I replaced a 2005 Honda Accord 3.0 vtec starter. I needed a tension rod to loosen the bolts and remove the old starter, but once removed the new starter fit just like the original one and was easy to install. Started right after installation. It sounds a little different than the OEM starter, maybe a little faster. Time will tell if it holds up, but the $60 starter on my 13-year-old Honda was worth the try. I'm sure a Honda dealer would charge at least $300 for labor and parts.
