Perfect for my Yamaha F150 4-Stroke Outboard. If you buy this part for a Yamaha outboard you will pay $90. It is amazing to know that this jet ski solenoid works the same way on the outboard motor.

I used it to replace a relay on an F150 outboard. That helped. The exchange took about 10 minutes. I'm sure if I took the outboard to the shop it would say, "We need to replace the starter motor and relay. It will be $1,000."

Works great. Disconnected the factory and hooked up a new one. Terminals connected, engine started. Unfortunately my problem was never solved. There was a strong click when turning the key, but no clockwork. Just one click. As a result, the starter had to be lubricated.

2006 F225, 4-stroke, replacement fits perfectly, arrived 2 days early. We bought 2 to have a backup as we fish offshore. (While replacing on the water can be a chore, but it is what it is. LOL) We have taken the boat out 2 times since we got it and installed it. It has worked great so far and we are very happy with the purchase. Great price compared to an OEM product.

Used this relay to replace the relay on my 2009 F90 outboard. The Yamaha unit was $80 versus $10 for this one. The only issue was that the positive pin connection was slightly smaller than the OEM unit. I just used needle nose pliers to press the bushing on the motor to tighten the connection. I removed the rubber grommet from the new relay and it fits perfectly. Since then I haven't had any starting problems.
