Perfect for my wall mounted TV and metal studs!

We have metal studs at home and didn't know how to install our 50 inch TV. I found this product and watched the installation video and it was so easy! We tested the strength before putting the TV on and it was very strong. Our wall mounted TV stand slides out of the wall and rotates allowing for lots of movement and is very stable.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Interchangeable

One broke, the seller quickly sent another set. Very helpful

I installed the TV quickly after finding the center of the bolt. A drill bit is included, but it was so big I couldn't fit it in my drill press. Uses an alternative bit with good results. Hung a 25 pound 43 inch TV and am very happy with the results. Echogear is very quick to respond to a faulty switch issue. They sent a new set within 2 days.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Customer service was very reliable

Works great. Use this to install a 70 inch TV. The drill is huge. But that's what metal studs are for, because the whole thing has to be big enough for the lever anchors to go through and hook onto the metal studs at the back. I had to contact support about a bad toggle anchor and they sent me a brand new package within two days. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Negative impression

Don't waste your time and money with this product!

Overpriced product. There are many statements in the description that do not apply in practice. The drill is of poor quality - dull. The plastic holders are brittle and break easily. As a result, they all fell into the wall. It's impossible to drill a hole in the drywall and metal stud without widening the hole in the drywall, which prevents the retractable plastic bracket from getting into the wall. Very poor untested user friendly design.

Waste of money Good for TV accessories

Don't waste your time and money on this. The wall inserts are not properly threaded so once you have inserted them into the wall you cannot screw in the mounting screws. I had enough of two out of four for them to cut the threads properly, but I couldn't get started on one and on the other I pushed too hard trying to hook it and it broke the brittle plastic and fell into the wall . They sell a similar product at half price in your big store which I ended up buying to use. I thought I was…

  • Great for small households

If 2020 were a screw, it would look like this worn out

Dear friends, how did that happen? As if 2020 wasn't so bad after all. All I want is to hang my TV on a solid foundation. A project that is worthwhile during the quarantine. But that?! Seriously what holy flying killer hornets happened here?! Was there a sudden replenishment of toilet paper so the machinist dropped everything to fight the crowd for a roll. So I'm done with this little misshapen dick? That's what's wrong with this world. Many people responsible for running the country have lost…

Pros

You can't go wrong with this. Period!

you are perfect. Very high quality. Not the cheap ones from Home Depot or Lowes. Very easy to install if you read the instructions (sometimes it's difficult to measure and find the center of a metal stud and not all studs are the same width). Make sure you hit the center of the bolt, and before you push it, make sure you know the wings will open vertically. You can make adjustments when they're halfway (you can literally feel the victories open up and make corrections when they're not fully…

Great product but the included drill dulled on first use

Anchors worked great. I particularly liked how the orientation mechanism was designed to allow the switches to be mounted vertically and behind the bolt. They must be vertical to provide full support. The drill dulled on the first hole and almost ruined my drywall around the hole. I had my own drill. The hole in the steel needs to be a clean 1/2 inch so I had to remove the burrs before I could insert the anchor. Drywall is needed to hold the plastic disc that forms when the zip ties are…
