▶ RPLIDAR A1 is based on laser triangulation ranging principle and uses high- speed vision acquisition and processing hardware developed by Slamtec. The system measures distance data in more than 8000 times per second. ▶The system can perform 360 degree scanning within 6meter range. The produced 2D point cloud data can be used in mapping, localization and object/environment modeling. RPLIDAR A1’s scanning frequency reached 5.5 hz when sampling 360 points each round. And it can be configured up to 10 hz maximum. ▶360 Degree Omnidirectional Laser Range Scanning. The core of RPLIDAR A1 runs clockwise to perform a 360 degree omnidirectional laser range scanning for its surrounding environment and then generate an outline map for the environment. ▶The sample rate of LIDAR directly decides whether the robot can map quickly and accurately. RPLIDAR improves the internal optical design and algorithm system to make the sample rate up to 8000 times, which is the highest in the current economical LIDAR industry. ▶How to email us? Not Worth the Investment

Based on my observations, this 3D printer falls short in its promised capabilities. Even with regular calibrations, this printer produces lackluster and inconsistent results. The only pros would be its omni-directional scanning and decent build volume. However, these features are not enough to justify the hefty price tag. Overall, I would not recommend this printer to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality 3D printing experience.

It is great! on 3D printers

I returned this product because it was not suitable for my use case. The seller gave me a full refund, which is very valuable! I'll probably buy a lot of these in the future if I can get a platform that can carry them.

Amazing technology.

This product worked great! It was a little tricky to set up and get working with a Raspberry Pi, but be aware you must be using Ubuntu. Also note that you will need a micro USB cable and possibly multiple cables, for some reason some cables worked and others didn't.
