Easy to use, has all the needed modules to handle all the process of stem cell collection, patient screening, banking, shipping. The interface is quite clear (easy to use). The support provided is also very good. It is not suitable for small clinics since it includes a lot of extra features. Banking and shipping of stem cells are the big advantages of this software. It allows us to save time and money and to do it in a very efficient way. I like that it is very user friendly as well easy to use

The most interesting thing about the software is the fact that the client gets a lot of support regarding the BMT treatment planning process. The most difficult thing is to find the right way to implement the BMT treatment planning.The time that is required for planning the different stages of the process (as the number of patients is getting larger and larger) can be reduced by using the BMT treatment planning software. I used this program to track stem cell donors in my database. It was easy to use with many features that were helpful when trying to match people who had compatible HLA types. I like that you can use it to create your own clinics with all of their services! It's very easy because everything is so organized in one place (whereas other softwares are not). You cannot do anything without an internet connection which makes this program almost useless if there isn't any wifi around or access via mobile device when traveling outside areas where they have Wifi available. I like how accessible it is to use. It's not too complicated or difficult so that anyone can figure out what they need to do in order to run their business smoothly!
