Disappointing Seal Quality

Through trial and error, I found that the seals from this brand are unreliable and prone to cracking. While they may have a competitive price, the cost of replacing faulty seals is not worth it in the long run.

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • Poor quality, prone to cracking

Good quality piece of Teflon

I needed to make an attenuator for a sunlight sensor that saturates when exposed to bright sunlight. A search of the Internet of Things revealed that Teflon is a very good dampener. The 1/32 piece of Teflon I ordered did the trick and provided a consistent 50% reduction in bright sunlight, keeping my sunlight sensor from saturating.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No output
