Great for the impatient rider, bad for the casual rider

I purchased the StopTech slotted rotors and these StopTech pads together about three weeks ago and had them professionally installed. Both the rotors and the pads are very high quality but I will be replacing these pads and paying the cost as it was a mixed bag and it didn't work for me. After riding them for two or three days, I followed StopTech's powder instructions and performed 10 quick decelerations at 60-10 mph to burn off the resin and transfer some pad material to the rotors.
