We have a new garden shed and this was the first item installed. It is ideal for shovels, rakes, etc., lawn and garden tools. Everything in one place and so organized. I'll probably get another one to deal with additional tools I haven't found yet.

Although the description lists 8 powder coated hooks twice, there were only 6 in each set we ordered. Lack of customer service. It's impossible to reach someone with just an excuse. We installed the shelves before a defect was discovered, so returns are not easy.

This product is perfect! Sturdy, well made, easy to set up and quickly stowed away in the garage and looks well organised. I attached to my studs as part of the garage is unfinished. I read the reviews and chose this one as I needed 24 inches between the lugs and some other products only 16 inches. Saved a lot of frustration.

Product received a day earlier than expected. A few screws were missing, but that wasn't a problem as I always have a large supply of screws on hand. But the design of the system is simple and ingenious. The materials used are very durable and can bear the strain. I recommend this product and will probably buy it again somewhere else.

Somewhat disappointed that only fasteners are supplied for cement block walls and the instructions suggest using something else for wood stud walls. What does it mean to go to the hardware store? I also had to drill larger factory holes to get the screws in. At the price paid, it is desirable that additional equipment be included and intended to be stud wall mounted. Also great for hanging garden/garden tools.

I then did the other side with shovels, rakes, brooms, and a Stihl backpack blower (great commercial quality) and the thing didn't even move, flex, or show any signs of weakness. Love these. Because of where I installed them, the studs didn't fit exactly where I needed them. The wall studs are 16 inches, but they vary in size around the window. In any case, I placed the racks side by side but left a gap between them. I then placed one of the hooks just above that gap where you couldn't see the gap, but the hook still holds the heavy tool well. It still looks like a long rack. They are very strong and durable, I would buy them again and recommend them.

I would not recommend hanging with drywall anchors as double and triple stack units get quite heavy. These racks are very strong and if you have a nail finder and spirit level they are not that difficult to install. The hooks are modular so you can easily adjust the distance between them, but with two separate mounting brackets, hanging space is still somewhat limited.
