Professional and experienced Firm in San Diego

The ability they have had over 30 years as an attorney firm is great! They handle all types of cases with professionalism but at times it can be too much work just trying keep up or get answers back so you don't fall behind schedule/deadline dates etc., sometimes due to time constraints I feel rushed not being able answer questions fully which could put them into issues later if something goes wrong that should've been known early enough by me (or my staff). The firm has an excellent reputation with its expertise in securities law. I have had dealings with them before as well as during my time at the SEC.
