Strathmore Visual Watercolor Journal Sheets Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies Review

These are wonderful magazines. Great for sketching and easy to pack. The covers are very strong and lie flat due to the spiral binding. I returned mine because I was looking for multimedia. I highly recommend them. Many Thanks.

If I had to choose between 140 pounds or 90 pounds. Magazine, I like that best. pen, ink, watercolour, pencil; accepts everything perfectly. There are also more pages here. The other one was good too, but something about this book encourages freer creativity.

So far this magazine has worked flawlessly for all media types. I've used almost all alcohol markers, watercolor markers, pencils, paints, emergency inks and stains and they came out beautifully with no bleeding. I would recommend this to any art journalist or artist using heavyweight pencils and/or watercolor pencils, pens as water does not crumple the pages like Strathmore magazines can. The paper front cover can be torn off and the harder front cover can be colored and personalized, FYI ;)
