With both small antennas pointed vertically on Cessna 152 dashboard up to 5000 feet I don't have FIS-B Data, there is no weather at all, although I had a line of sight of the terrain except for three towers. With standard antennas I could sometimes even receive FIS-B on the ground! I was able to receive TIS-B data but it was fuzzy. I love that they fit right into my Stratux aircraft position receiver. Being shorter than the original, they were much easier to install on my plane. In fact, I rarely even had to take these antennas off because they fit together so well. but shortly after I started using them, maybe 2 weeks later, the plastic cap covering the metal threads broke. and he split the whole length of the cap.
