I fitted a chamber and it held pressure for several days until yesterday I found the tire was completely flat (didn't even ride it). I examined the pipe and found a crack inside. The protective strip was in place and there were no sharp edges in that area. The tire has the correct tube specifications and has not been inflated. Was replaced with a similar tube. They fit my bike as advertised. I don't know what makes a whistle better. I've used expensive ones before and haven't noticed a difference. Bought two of these in May. Just put the first one on after I had a leak on my valve that was already patched on my old hose. My tires are 60-80psi and I always run them at 80 due to my size.
