Best Narrow Caravan Handle

I recommend this handle to any motorhome owner who needs a handle to make getting in and out of their motorhome safer. The RV company only came up with a handle for the front door, not the back door. It's exactly OEM for what's ahead. Use the recommended 1/8 bit to make the hole. Then screw in the screw, remove it, then add silicone/sealant to the holes and tighten. Put it on and it's easy.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Creased

Happy Campers!: Spare parts

Exactly the same item that was originally installed by the manufacturer of our caravan. We accidentally left the original handle in the left turn position and closed our awning on it! As a result, our Marquise won the battle of interference! First, a replacement at our RV dealer costs us about $100. We then found this item on Revain and it was so easy to install. Only four screws! Took about 15 minutes and saved us about $75!

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Left side works best

This is the best RV door handle. Due to the location of the mounting screw holes, it is best suited for RV doors where the hinge is on the right. If you have a left side hinge you will need to install the reinforcement in your RV and use screws that go through. This is because the bottom hole is on the right side of the bracket. If you place it on the right side of the door, the bottom hole probably won't fit in the door frame.

Pros
  • Decent job
Cons
  • weak

ALSO SUITABLE FOR GARAGE STEPS!

This product is designed for RV's but is great for the 2 steps to the garage. The product comes with all the parts HOWEVER you will need to buy 3 inch screws if you put it in a garage. Otherwise, the included 2" screws aren't long enough to go through drywall and into wood. pen near the door. What I love about photo #2 is that you can fold this flat or have it up and down. Easy to install, just use longer screws and it takes 10 minutes and works/looks GREAT!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Bad set

Much better than the old one that broke

Our caravan had some sort of cupboard handle in front of the door on the steps. I was treated to one of these pens in our last trailer and missed it terribly when we shrunk. When the tie rod broke I wasted no time and bought one of these specially designed RV railings. It was easy to set up, but there was no indication of how high above the stairs it should be placed. My husband wanted to put it on the level of the old closet. I have looked at architectural standards that specify no more than…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Ideal for balancing and stabilizing

My husband is disabled and has difficulty getting in and out of the car. Opening the door and maneuvering, even with a stick, is a little dangerous and sometimes he slips. I have asthma and sometimes get tired walking indoors after climbing stairs. That makes it a lot easier. We have them on all doors now. They have been ordered by other family members and are a pleasure to keep. If you have someone using a stick or having difficulty climbing that step inside, this will be very helpful and will

Pros
  • Easy installation

  • Other interesting options are available.
