Never order this product here again. I ordered this and rightfully only received the conditioner and not the shampoo and pump. It doesn't look like what I ordered at all. I love this shampoo and conditioner, just will never order online again. Nothing ever seems to get right.

So I ordered it on Prime Day because the description said SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER but it wasn't. Very disappointed with the promotional aspect but even more so with the seller. I contacted them to help so I called Revain (who has great customer service) and they take care of it. In any case the product is excellent, I've been using it for years so I'll keep it to myself.

I've used this shampoo and conditioner before, the quality stays the same. Makes my hair soft enough to comb easily. Some of my hair is bleached, so my regular shampoo (for head and shoulders) doesn't do much to make my hair soft and tangle-free. Today was the fastest detangle with no tangles thanks to this conditioner. I have very thick hair.
