Plumber changed the fitting - voila I love it

Update:Plumber friend helped me out and took this on as a personal challenge. He explained that the fitting that goes into the pipe should be slightly tapered on both ends to ensure a tight fit. He replace the fitting, added plumber’s tape and "pipe dope” and I am at day 3 with an awesome faucet and a dry wall! The faucet is sturdy, beautiful, has great reach and pressure. Looks good but leaks where attaches to nipple.

Product looks great, instructions are pretty generic with little detail. Slowly leaks from nipple and dribbles down backsplash. Can only tighten 1 whole turn at a time which makes it difficult to get tight and not over tighten and break backsplash. Should maybe have a o-rring where attaches to nipple for airtight seal. Not too happy with it leaking and have to cut hole in wall to see where is coming from.

Disappointed in company.

Update: After posting my review another party from the company reached out to me and after much correspondence they sent me a new faucet that is definitely more level. Once quarantine lifts and we can get installed, I will post updated photo.Improved rating is for the recent employee courtesy and the company finally standing behind product.As you can see from the photos the upper arm is clearly not level/parallel to the rest of product. Drooping unit and water drips

It's a nice product, it's just sad that our contractor did not notice the filler is slightly slopped and it has a drip. So trying to read reviews if anyone else had these problems and how did you fix. Thank you.

Customer support has been slow

The faucet sits crooked on the back splash. I contacted Sumerian and after several back and forth emails they told me to contact Revain to get a replacement. Now the window has closed and there is no where to resubmit a return.2020 update. after several months of no contact, Sumerian finally sent a replacement faucet that works. It took several months but in the end they fixed it. I will probably never buy their product due to the lag in customer service and their consistent emails now to…

Bad construction for my opinion
