The faucet sits crooked on the back splash. I contacted Sumerian and after several back and forth emails they told me to contact Revain to get a replacement. Now the window has closed and there is no where to resubmit a return.2020 update. after several months of no contact, Sumerian finally sent a replacement faucet that works. It took several months but in the end they fixed it. I will probably never buy their product due to the lag in customer service and their consistent emails now to remove the post over the original dissatisfaction of their product. You get what you pay for. It is not a USA M product but does work. good luck and happy shopping.
