I use my vom there is no Reversed wiring the red is + and the black is Negative

Use it to keep my battery charge people would call me as tech support on computer AC voltage DC voltage Since I was 18 You connect to the battery just like a charger at night it shut the system off so it doesn't drain battery and back on when there's sun light sae is wired correctly I use my vom on it

Great to trickle charge your camper battery.

I attached this to the front of my pop up camper to keep the battery changed over the winter. Working great so far. Battery has stayed charge and the panel is only in direct sun light for about 2-3 hours a day.

Wired incorrectly and dangerously

The polarity of this charger is backwards which leaves the positive side battery wire exposed. Further, there is no fuse on the charging wire so now you have an unfused bare positive wire just looking for some kind of trouble to get into. Product is dangerous and should not be sold as built.

Excellent Customer Service!

My solar charger was being used to charge a boat battery and was sitting on a bench seat. A big storm with strong wind rain blew it onto the floor and it sat submerged for a couple of days ruining the electronics. I got a new in less than a week! They could have said it was user error, but took care of it no questions asked - excellent customer service!

Works very well: my feedback

This solar charger works very well on my truck. It keep my battery happy without any problems. Keep it charged since I do not drive my truck everyday, only once or twice in a month. I recommended it and for the price it is worthy!

Panel and accessories are wired backwards to SAE standards, leaving +12v on the exposed pin. Danger.

As the built-in charge controller comes with indicator lights, if find the LED on the 12 volt plug to be redundant and an energy drain. The unit comes with a blocking diode, which is good, but the plug LED is not blocked and uses juice 24/7 making a net daily charge very slow. I took the plug apart and cut out the LED. That way I can leave the charger plugged in continuously with little overnight loss. A magnetic strip would be nice to help anchor it to the vehicle. Seems well built and bullet…

SUNAPEX 20W 12V Portable Solar Battery Charger & Maintainer

We wanted to see if we could get a bipap machine to run by using this. It worked great! I am sure it will run a lot more stuff but that is what we tried with it first. We are very happy with our first solar project. We are excited to try more things with it.

Super solar battery maintenance tool.

This is a water proof solar panel that has a long cord so you don’t need to purchase another section of cord. It seams to work well at keeping a charge on my motorcycle during a long winter.

Not worth the money

I purchased the 10watt unit. First the suction cups do not stick to clean glass windshield for very long ( <10mins ) in the direct sun. Also the main box on the back side sticks out so far that the suction cups near the main box can not even be stuck to the windshield.Now as far as charging. The vehicle this unit was purchased for was going to be sitting at a airport for 2 months. So I purchased a new battery made sure it was fully charged before installing this solar battery trickle charge…

Questionable QC for my opinion

The panel seems to be working, however I question it’s water integrity. The controller, mounted on the back of the panel, was cracked when I opened the package despite the foam packing. I am annoyed that the company is so careless.

Really not enough juice to work through a window

I was hoping to keep inside the car to keep battery topped off, but there's really not enough power through the extra layer of glass. In direct sun it works great.
