I doubted it would do anything but it works great. Our pellet stove is in our living room with 16ft ceilings. The hallway is only 2.40m high and our bedrooms are further down the hallway. Without a fan in the rooms 60, in the living room 70. With a fan in the rooms 68 degrees are much more pleasant. Purchased in November 2018 to move warm air around the hall in winter. Move cold air in summer. not very good either. Very loud, actually competes with boxing fans. Extremely difficult to mount on the wall. Luckily I'm a pretty handy person and have found ways to use double sided foam tape and washers to keep it from vibrating while I work. Brief review: That would be ideal for our application, but limits our possible uses due to the noise development.
