Good and evil best in kitchen and dining room

These are heavy duty blades made from Japanese quality katana steel. It's also very durable. It cuts so thin that at first I thought it didn't cut at all and wanted to throw it away. It also creates a huge mess, but it's not really the editor's fault. It is not easy to use and requires a little work and patience as it cuts very little with each pass. It took me about 10 minutes to grind up a 4 lb head of cabbage. It seems to cut much better when you're moving from side to side rather than back…

Pros
  • Grater, Paring and Slicing Knife
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Pros
  • Kitchen and Dining
Cons
  • Doubtful

This product seems to be quite light compared to the wooden ones of my youth, but cuts quickly, thin and cleans without difficulty. I'm a little worried about my fingers, but the plastic mount protects them well. No signs of rust after repeated use and washing. I was planning on using it for kale but I've also used it for onions and it slices them very finely which is great for tossing in a pan to caramelize and put on steaks or burgers. As I write this I'm thinking of trying apples to see how…

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
