Works, fits a bit sloppy

I've only used them a few times and they've served their purpose. After removing the male plugs I noticed they didn't fit so I went up a size. After all, they work and do their job for a decent price. I'm glad I got them.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • boring packaging

The right tool for the job.

I was trying to remove the square plug from my intake manifold to install the thermostat sender block. The open-end wrench couldn't push enough to apply enough force to remove it. This tool kit was the right size. 9/16 square head, impact wrench and fork popped right out.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Nothing

The second set is going well. I broke a socket in the first set.

This is a very specific accessory set for my use so I'm not sure I can use it for the reason I bought it. I broke off a head from the first set, but the replacement set allowed me to accomplish the task of just removing two very stubborn oil filler plugs on the rod excavator's gear case.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

I put them off for years, but now.

I've put off buying these for years but now that I have them I use them every week. We deal with old square nuts all the time on the farm and it almost always takes a hit to get them off. We have also used them for inspection plugs on our tractors, pipe plugs etc. Not cheap but worth the money for how often we use them. They save us a lot of time compared to using a wrench.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

saved the day! on a power tool

I had to unscrew a stuck pipe cap that I had twisted halfway with the wrong tool the day before. (slippery crescent key.) Go at night and the stub arrived the next day. This was the only set I could find big enough for 1/2 and 3/4 tube male and female. I've checked with local Macs and clicked dealers and also checked Stanley Proto through the local hardware store with no success. label for these guys. Definitely a good case which is important to me as I work in this field, a good guarantee as…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No result
