good 12 V power supply

I have used it to power a chainsaw sharpener which normally plugs into the cigarette lighter socket and to troubleshoot the 12v supply on one of my machines. So far it seems to be working fine. The longest I had was about 1/2 hour.

Pros
  • Output: 12 V DC current, 10 A; Input: 110-120 VAC
Cons
  • ill thought out

Works Very Well: Power Converters

I am using a converter to take a 12 volt RV water pump and plug it into my portable generator. Then I transfer the water from my optional water tank to the water tank on wheels. The water pump is rated at 3.5 gpm and that's what I get. The converter provides as much power as I need and works great.

Pros
  • Can be used for air compressors, 12v vacuums, 12v coolers and more!
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Useful for 12 volt products in a 110/120 volt AC environment

I bought this for an electric cool box which I bought secondhand from an alternative website when my first 110/ 120 volt to 12 volt converter didn't give the cooler enough amps or whatever I believe. The original converter I had was 12 volts at 5.8 amps or whatever it says on the sticker and in the specs on the website when I plug in the unit it reads the voltage on the plug in 15.6 volts or something like that and it shows 13.2 volts, this one is 10 amps. The converter itself works quite well,

Pros
  • Built in fan
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
