Comfort Saddle Seat

This was a big improvement over the stock hard seat on my road bike. It's firm but comfortable. Sometimes I lean back to sit on a comfortably padded piece. There's a trade-off between sitting where the front falls naturally between your legs and sitting a little further back to land on the soft part. I think it's the best you can ask for in a bike seat. Also, the seat is attractive on my chrome and black bike.

Slanted, non-breathable, clunky, uncomfortable for women

This is a beautiful seat that I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, it turned out to be so awful that I nicknamed it "crotch puncher." No matter how hard I tightened the screws, he still managed to crawl backwards and dig into my pelvic bones for most of the ten-mile commute to work. It also didn't let air in, which made my chassis hell for my morning commute. Almost like an insulated down jacket for the crotch. Not funny.

Defective protection of the buttocks.

I received my order today and let me start by saying this is the worst chair I have ever bought. It looks like it's a return. Not only that, the coating "skin"? and the seams aren't even down the middle of the seat. WAITING!. Is there more. ☺. The seat frame rails are also off-center. Honestly, with all that soft pillow you'd think it would be comfortable, but it's not.

much better than the original seat!

I first bought this chair for my wife's inexpensive Diamondback. She liked the Cloud9 seat because it was so much more comfortable than the original seat she had on the bike. When I recently bought my Trek Zector 3, it had a narrow sport seat that made my bum pretty hard. I typically ride the Cape Cod Railroad 20-30 miles a day on weekends. The bike path is paved and has some cracks. After the first two long rides I decided to buy a Cloud9 seat. It took 5 minutes to install but what a…

it should be as simple as doing this to mount the standard rails.

I am always amazed at the stupidity of the design of some products. This product comes with an overtube end bracket that fits cheaper bikes. My MTB uses a rail system and these rails are about 1/4 inch wider than the standard rail system. One might think you could make a product for use as a pipe or rail mount. I would have just given one star and sent it back but stuck it on the mongoose we had at home. It seemed convenient to get around the block, but oh my, it's amazingly practical. Ordered…

Great upgrade for the sport

I have a chrome Specialized hybrid bike that I call my urban assault machine. This bike appears to be indestructible and I have had it for over a decade having bought it used. From time to time I equip the bike with something new. This seat was a good buy. I used it for several months before leaving a review. It took a bit of fiddling to get the seat right, but once I did I found it to be a great replacement for the previous seat. I ride this bike on both freeways and dirt roads and have not…

Very comfortable saddle for fitness road work.

In my experience this is a very comfortable road work seat. I am a 65 year old man. I have a quality road bike that I ride about 20 miles at 18 mph every other day and also 30 or 40 miles every couple of weeks - weather permitting at least. I just can't get used to the stiff, narrow racing saddle. A 20 mile ride and a seat that hard always makes me wimpy. I've tried several brands of 'comfort' saddles suitable for the occasional but heavy road work and this is my favorite so far. Ride. I'm 6…

strong beautiful bike seat

For the money I spent on this seat I was pleasantly surprised at how well built it was. it was substantial and the coverage was soft. The seat was a lot thicker than the one that came with the bike and of course a lot softer. In my opinion it was the perfect balance between size and comfort. I was going to get a spring suspension model of this seat but settled on this model. I already have suspension on the seatpost and combined with the gel saddle this should be perfect. it looks good on my…
