Looking for an affordable 4 bike bike rack ($100.00) to mount on a Roll-X decklid (which can hold about 300lbs when evenly distributed), mount for Sunlite Plug-in blocks meet the requirements. I installed them on a 1" pipe, used anchor bolts and painted it with Rustoleum Hammered paint. I installed 2 of these on a 2x4 in the back of my truck. The 2x4 is held on with a ratchet strap that runs through 2 eyebolts on the underside of the board. 5 stars because it has served me well.
