It takes a little getting used to but I feel more confident with a brace than without. don't wear it My biggest problem is that the Velcro fasteners can sometimes rub on the back of my knees. The pendant arrived in less than 2 days after ordering. The support it offers me is amazing and it is very light. It can be worn in physical education classes for almost all exercises. This item looks good and works great if you can get it to stay on your feet. After walking for about 30 minutes, the brace will slide down your leg until you can no longer walk as it has gone so far as to almost immobilize you. Despite attempts to tighten the straps or change the position of the brace, it just won't stay in place. A very thin line of silicone applied to the inside of the mount will help hold it in place.
