Fast improvement in toe flexibility

I'm not young at all but I wanted to regain flexibility in feet and it helped! I have found that it is possible to loosen the strap first or partially insert the leg. I found it easy to gradually increase the pressure and make steady and rapid progress. It seems great for young people doing gymnastics or dance.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Expensive

DO NOT BUY Good for dancing

I bought this because I have poor ankle flexibility and a low arch (not ideal for pointe shoes). This is not a place for the heel, and in general it is very harmful. After one use, I suffered an ankle injury and had to undergo months of physical therapy. My physical therapist asked me what stretcher I was using and after looking at it she told me to throw it out. If I could go back in time and not buy this, trust me I would. -_-

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Great for tight toe flexors and ankle impact

I use this for anterior ankle sprains (for impact) and tight toe flexors (from springy toe shoes). I don't get as close to the calf board as shown in the photos but that's ok because I'm not a dancer. As well as stretching on this board, I also stretch my calves and it has made a huge difference in how my legs feel. After the stretch, I do a few circular motions with my ankles and generally activate any stretched muscles.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Modern

Ideal for ankle, toe and toe training.

Bought for my 9 year old daughter who has absolutely no arch and it helps her a lot. Already after a few days of use, it shows the ankles better in the right shape. It also helps her to straighten her legs through the back of her knees. I love that she can use it while reading or just lounging around. She actually looks forward to using it every night because she's already seeing results. I can't wait to see how her legs will look in a month, 6 months and so on. Good product!

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Some Errors

Ideal for the perfect bow. (Beginner or Pro)

I bought this for my little sister who is professional ballet about two and a half months ago. To be honest I didn't think she would like it because I don't know much about ballet. When my sister gave her a gift, she loved this product because it helped her improve both her bow and her point. She says she uses it twice a day (morning and evening) every day for about 10 minutes on each leg. .After a month of use, even her ballet teacher noticed the change and commented on the improvement in her…

GENUINE REVIEW OF SENIOR BALLET STUDEN

Me: 46 year old adult ballet dancer, 5'5" tall, 127 lbs. Many of the dance product reviews are written by adult dancers aged 18 to 18 25 which is great but I had to rate this product for over 40 members of the dance community! We exist too! Rschunimagu. Everything hurts, hurts for no reason, I put ibuprofen in everything I cook. Lol! I have in danced in the past but took a 25 year hiatus to raise kids, work etc. Now I'm back in business and my foot/ankle muscles aren't as flexible as they used…
