Great system - user friendly and efficient

It's easy to use, it works great with our accounting software (QuickBooks). I wish that there was an option for you could save all your information in one place rather than having separate files saved across different programs/software applications which are not compatible or able communicate together easily; this is very time consuming when dealing with multiple accounts payable departments as well as accountants who do their own bookkeeping but don't know how to get into Quickbooks so they…

  • Its' abilityto log invoices &amp quotes directly from excel
  • Easy integration wth MS word documents allowing creationof receipts without even using Excel
  • Very simple user interface.
  • Extremely helpful guides explaining installation& usage options available online

Great solution when looking into tracking service providers

The receipt scanning. The receipt printing. The receipt validation. The receipt management. The reporting/auditing. The receipt storage. The receipt emailing. I love the ability to generate receipts from almost anywhere, and I love that I can store and access those receipts from anywhere. I don't have a favorite feature. The product does it all. I would like to be able to edit the receipt after it has been printed, but I'm not sure whether that is possible with this product. We use the receipts

  • It prints very fast really quick response when running tests vs others..Also great user support help was always available within hours even weekends & holidays..Great tool!!!!! Thanks SRS !!!!! :)
