Horror, horror, horror. It is anti-reflective but has cloudiness. The haze is very distracting for people like me. I removed the cover and used the Surface for 8 months without a screen protector. I've kept it in my bag - sometimes without the keyboard cover - and it's never been scratched. If you really need good protection I would buy the tempered glass version which is transparent. Think of glare protection like this. If it were good, everyone would use it. Nobody does

I had no trouble applying the film. I didn't find the right size for my screen, so about an inch on the bottom is uncovered. This is actually not a problem, but it shows that there is no difference with or without foil. Glare is still terrible, so if that's what you're looking for, save your money.

The hardest and most important part is always installing one of these screens on your device. I can't stand any bubbles or misalignment. Maybe some people don't know how to apply screen protectors. I put it on in no time. No blisters. No nothing. Even on my first try. And it looks fantastic. And you get three for the price of one. Just take your time and read the instructions. Take your time and make sure the surface is clean and clear before applying. Very easy and protects your valuable equipment.
