Easy to install indoors and works great

Easy to install indoors and works great. I receive 25 channels and sit in a hollow. Recommended indoor assembly, 2ft of plywood, attach flagpole bracket to plywood, buy 6ft of 3/4" PVC pipe. Attach the PVC pipe to the flagpole bracket and mount the antenna on top of the PVC. I painted all the individual parts black. Mine Mrs. is happy with the installation as it can be moved if needed, and it is not tall and hurts the eye sitting on our balcony.

Pros
  • Channels: 1-69
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Good Antenna, Bad Motor

This antenna allows us to receive powerful stations 100 miles away. We live in a small town in the country. The nearest station is 35 miles away and has less power. Most days we can pick up all 3 major networks and PBS stations. Sometimes we lose the signal or it is of poor quality, but this is most likely due to our location or the location of our antenna. We live in north-central Iowa and thought the weather would be too extreme to install a rooftop antenna. Installation in the rafters of the

antenna work. Remote not working

We ordered this for our north cabin which is amidst 60 to 80 feet of trees and miles from town. Upon opening the box we found that the remote made a baby rattle sound and we assumed rotating the antenna wouldn't work. Otherwise everything was fine and we decided to proceed with the installation. We installed it on an existing 25 foot pole and ran the cable to the TV in the living room. I connected the rotor and, using the built-in switch on the rotor unit, aligned the antenna to the transmitter

No remote control for accessories and supplies

Antenna works fine but the cable provided MUST be connected directly to the power supply. We originally had connections between the antenna cable and the power supply and it didn't work. Switched to connecting the antenna directly to the power supply and everything worked beautifully. We caught over 65 stations but are on a ridge about 50 miles from two major cities. It is installed in our attic and connected to the TV upstairs. There is another connector on the box, from which we ran a cable…
