Bolts for lift and suspension too short

The supplied bolts were too short. I had to go to Pip-Boys and buy longer ones, they're about $7. The rest of the spacers work perfectly.

  • Absolute Legend
Cons

3 of 4 where it works

One of the gaskets wasn't cut straight, I had to break up the powder coating on a belt sander to level the flush mounting surface. Beyond that as described in supplements

Pros
  • Hands free working
Cons
  • There are new competitors

does what it says No more drive shaft vibrations.

Easy to install, good for budgeting. Prevents the destruction of the drive shaft. Well worth it if you drive your jeep. There were more stickers than me in the picture but there will be more in the BB set to balance it all out.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Real spacers are great.

Kit is incomplete. I installed the kit on a 2001 Cherokee XJ. The screws are about 1/4 inch shorter. You must also use a washing machine. I went to the Lowes store and bought 4 new bolts and washers. Spacers are excellent.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Newer model could have been selected

Spacers are good, screws may not fit.

Seals are used for this. The screws only catch 3 threads if you are lucky. If your body is older, it may only start at 1 or 2. This will get the bolts to work the first time you put them in, but it's extremely unsafe and the bolts will eventually break off because three turns isn't enough. screw tight. Eventually you get to the point where they turn around. turn. than to flop. very frustrating. Save time and headaches, opt for premium gear and get some of it. a very slightly thicker screw, ie…

Incorrect product description! I actually ordered the spacers twice thinking I got the wrong product on my first order, but both orders were the same product. I ordered spacers for my Grand Cherokee ZJ 5.9. There are two distinct issues with the product, the first is that it's not aluminum, it's some sort of rigid poly material. I prefer aluminum which is why I bought them. I would still try to use them, but I noticed another problem that I didn't like very much. The hole in the center of the…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Everything OK

This kit itself is simple, lowering the gearbox rear crossbar and bracket to bring you back to the original gearbox angle once the lift kit is installed . I installed and ran a 2" jack before installing this cross member lowering kit and have experienced vibration, noise and a sticky feel in the transmission. I installed this lowering kit and the vibration, noise and sticking are gone. The kit is simple and easy to install, especially on early models that use 4 bolts to hold the crossbar in…
