Nice and thin. Perfect hold. I have almost the same octopus front panel on another board and it works exactly the same. I love it! Oh I've surfed it at least 50 times and absolutely no signs of it peeling anywhere. I wish they would do the same Kurdoroi style for the tail pad!

Great value for a great mat. I've been surfing for almost 35 years, 16 of them professionally. I can honestly say these are great traction pads at an amazing price. I've been using these pads for over a year and have never had any problems. You can't beat the price for them. 10 across the board on them.

These pads are surprisingly better than I expected when I received them. They use high quality 3M adhesive and I expect they will last as long as my FCS pads. I also like that they offer a flat cushion as my flat feet hurt my arches after riding on traditional cushions for hours. This company is definitely on my radar for all my future boards.

I spent over an hour looking at traction pads at Jacks in Huntington Beach. Couldn't find any good quality three piece diamond pads - very disappointing. Wax kept falling off my board because I left it in the car, I kept rubbing the boards and even then I slipped. So I decided to buy this rug and it blew me away. I never slip, I don't have to constantly wax the board, and it's worth the metal. Don't let the price fool you as the seal quality is better than most companies. If you want to stop worrying about wax before surfing or just don't want to slip anymore, buy this mat.

I live in the North East which doesn't have good surf shops so I have to buy a lot of things online. In the summer, the waves are tiny, so I wear my pads a lot. It's freezing cold in winter, so I need a durable product. This notebook meets both requirements. I ordered the front and rear traction pads to fit my Solid. Insane value for money! They are definitely on a par with my Dakine pads in terms of material quality. The front pad is better design and quality than Dakine in my opinion. I live and surf in Oregon, but also travel to warmer places to surf and don't have to constantly change my wax.
