Great Travel Needles

These needles are perfect for travelling. At first they are not smooth enough for thread to pass through, but as you continue to use them they will loosen up. I also like the packaging because it's a thick plastic sleeve with dividers between each needle to keep them organized. I just keep boxed needles in my yarn holdall and it's pretty organized. Good price for quality.

Dear Susan Bates crochet hooks

Enthusiastic knitter, I have a thousand needles, dear Susan Bates crochet hooks! They are WAY better than everyone else (I've tried everything I can find in 30 years! Trust me) These needles are LIGHTWEIGHT, clear and shorter in length so they don't snag as easily. MOSTLY they are SMOOTH AS SILK to knit!, NOT slippery like metal, buy smooth and quicker than bamboo, (my old favorite!) I wish they had double points! They are cool!

Susan Bates 15111 Crystalites Acrylic 10 " Knitting Needles A useful addition to my knitting supplies

I bought Susan Bates 15111 Crystalites Acrylic 10" Knitting Needles for two reasons. I wanted to try smaller needle lengths to see if they were more comfortable to use when knitting something small. Also, I wanted to try acrylic needles to see how they perform when I use a certain weight of yarn (particularly lighter than worsted). Just bought it so haven't used it for the project yet except to cast on and knit a few rows to start the scarf (alpaca, linen and silk blend). As long as I likeโ€ฆ
