Great for air spring kits

At first I was nervous about buying this product as I didn't know if it would last. However, I've used them for a while with no problems and they were three times cheaper than what the retailer was trying to charge me. I will definitely buy them again when needed.

Very reliable product, I guarantee I won't even notice the difference

These shock absorbers are exactly the same as my BMW 750Li but I did not use them because the valve on my shock absorbers was obviously leaking , which was leaking. But I will tell you this is a good product, solid, looks exactly as it is written, everything is right on it.

Perfect fit, OEM quality

Perfect fit. There were no problems during installation and now my car no longer has a saggy bottom. I've been looking for a replacement for the old one for a long time. I did a lot of research and few companies had decent reviews. I usually buy OEM parts so this purchase was like a coin toss. I'm glad I made the choice.

Works as expected except check valve

Faulty one-way valves (two brass valves with o-rings) from the kit (air does not flow through the valve). Don't use them or you'll spend an extra two hours reinstalling the wheels and fender trim. Reuse existing valves or buy new ones from your dealer. Airbags are good, hold the air well.

Works Great!: Shocks, Struts & Suspension

This product does not come with instructions but if you have ever changed a strut before then this shouldn't be a problem. I ended up using a cutting wheel to remove the old airbag. This is a very shallow vertical cut down the length of the old airbag assembly. Maybe 1/16 inch deep. Don't forget to remove the cap and nut on top first. Once cut, it's easy to do. Pay attention to the order of the four loosening rubber seals. The assembly is very simple, rubber gaskets, then reassemble the airbag,

Beware of misleading reviews. Disgusting customer service. I urge you to stay away

Long and short sounds like it. 1st sentence fell out within a week. The 2nd set was only obtained by fighting Revain's support for an hour; also failed. Raven will not replace. They advised me to contact the manufacturer directly, which has been a no-brainer so far. Revain offered to accept the return BUT in the meantime he would have a non-working car. At the moment 8 hours of work is down the drain. Update: Sophie's customer service rep sent me a message via Revain along with a jpeg of herโ€ฆ
