I recently purchased this cerium powder for my glass polishing needs and I must say I'm impressed. Based on my observations, it's perfect for scratch removal and leaves my glass with a flawless finish. It's also great value for money. However, the packaging could be improved as it's a bit messy to work with. Overall, a great addition to my industrial and scientific finishing products.

I will be using this polish (and sulfur oxide) to remove the haze from the glass pane on a propane heater once the weather calms down. I don't want to remove the glass in adverse temperatures. The replacement glass shade is no longer available so I will do what I have to do to keep the heater working.

The polishing pad is made of good material and worked well until after about an hour the drill shank came loose and twisted in the pad rendering it unusable. - To replace the factory shaft, I pulled it out, drilled a hole through the center of the pad and installed a 3/8" and 3" button head screw with anti-rotation washers on either side of the pad.
