The Swann app keeps crashing and not doing its job

So I've spent 2 weeks with this camara. I think the camara itself is ok, it's far from perfect but the biggest problem is the app requires extensive work on the whole app, the channel keeps resetting and almost every step of the app I go into, keeps failing and not doing what it's supposed to do as I understand it if I close and reopen the app it works again but it's annoying you can't get the app working for the full 30 seconds when it long and I also notice that it gets worse when I'm away…

It's a great camera that's easy to set up

This is a great camera that's easy to set up. The app is also easy to use. It's great to be able to pan the camera with my smartphone when I'm at work. The picture quality is decent. I get an email when he sees movement and takes a picture. There is no cost for this camera. Videos are stored on a micro SD card (sold separately) and may overwrite the storage on the SD card. Totally unreliable in actual use

We bought a couple of these to use on our 2 week holiday so we could look at a second home. Setup was 5-run easy. Connecting to the iPhone was easy. The first two days were great until we covered 1500 miles. Of course, as soon as we reached our destination, the serial nightmare began. On the third day - no connection. On the fifth day he called back spontaneously. A day later (or) it went like this. And after a day or so it comes back. Today one of the cameras is connected and the other is not.

Please note that this camera and app do not support text push notifications to your mobile phone.

The first camera sent in was defective and had to be sent back. The second camera had a bad power cable, but I had a spare mic/usb cable so I got the unit working. Also please remember that this camera and app do not support text push notifications to your mobile phone, they only send emails. I was very disappointed with that. As long as you are at home and with the camera on your own network, you can simply transfer the app to your phone, but once you leave home the app becomes useless and…
