Swanson Tool Inc SWTL800M Magnetic Review

This product has been a frustrating experience .At first glance, it appeared to be a useful tool for measuring dimensions. However, upon using it on a project the results were wildly inconsistent and often inaccurate. The one positive aspect is its magnetic base, which was helpful in keeping it in place. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the Industrial and Scientific field as it fails to deliver reliable results..

I don't know how this product gets good reviews. Swanson usually makes great products. My new level is not a level; learned it the hard way after hanging the shelf. Then I saw that the shelf was off.
