As someone who works from home, I've practically lived and breathed in household goods for most of my life, but it's hard to find a floor for my size and if i can only step out at least 27 or 28 inches (so skinny or lounge) and i usually wear around 34 inches otherwise for something like ankle boots or sneakers.
