Ankle Brace in Medical Items

They are comfortable to wear under tennis shoes when playing racquet or tennis if you are prone to spraining/dislocating your ankle during these games. They prevent injuries to the ankle. But make sure you wear low tennis shoes as they tend to chafe your skin when you wear high heels.

I still play basketball all over the court with 20 year olds 71 years old. One of the main reasons are those Swede-O ankle braces. Have been using them for over 15 years. Wear them OVER your socks to avoid chafing. Tighten them for better protection. Use insoles that help stabilize you. Wear high tops too. Jump Like Jordan Again

At 50+ most of us don't play basketball. I jump like Jordan (Sparks), shake like Magic (Toes) and twist my ankles harder than Chubby Checker. But lace up those wonder suspenders and I'm ready to hobble back and forth across the floor.
