The screws included in the kit will snap with their heads when screwed into the cabinet door. Now the shafts are installed in my closet exactly where I need the cylinder, so I can't even use better screws. I'm sure the cylinders are ok but I can't use them now. Dissatisfied.

I got this by typing "Toy Chest Hinge" - a child would literally have to sit on it to close this hinge and even then could it may not remain closed. Now I'm trying to return it and it costs $6 of the $11 spent. If you don't have a super heavy toy box lid, that's overkill.

Replaced the previously installed locking hinge with this one. He holds the lid open at an angle so my camera mount is properly facing the bed. I don't have to worry about the lid slipping off the hinges or falling off while trying to photograph my laser bed. Very happy with the product so far.

I bought these to open a very small door (12" x 12"). The door was fairly light so the stress on the jamb was minimal. The first rack failed after about 5 months. I installed a second rack and it only took about 3 months. So they're not cheap, but they could save the environment by throwing their money in the landfill instead.

I used these on the overhead cabinet in my camper van. They hold the door open to make access easier and more convenient. They're not difficult to install, but it took me a few tries to get it right. It would be very helpful if there were instructions as well as information on what rack size to choose. I used this in a PVC monorail tent. The front tailgate needed something to hold the door open while my son got in and out. This worked great, although I chose other mounts, which I also received here at Revain. All I had to do was place the brackets to properly adjust the levers to adjust the pressure of the gas cylinders to the weight of the door. I had an extra set of screw holes to hide them after placing them too close to the hinge where the door was too heavy. Once I got it right by moving
