Description of πŸ”§ System Three Resins SculpWood - 1 Quart

Sculptor paste is a 2-component, solvent free, epoxy resin putty. It is trowel able, cartable, lightweight, strong, and exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. It is easily sanded and will accept paint, screws and nails. It is most commonly used in conjunction with Sculptor putty and Rot Fix, a low viscosity wood sealer and consolidate. It is waterproof, solvent free 1-quart kit.

It's PASTA! no SPATULA!

First of all, this is a great product. I'm writing this review because a lot of the other reviews were just plain wrong. It's a paste, which means it behaves like a paste. People complain that it doesn't fill deep gaps. Well, it's not supposed to. It has a very specific purpose. So if people refuse because it doesn't meet their expectations, that's not the product's fault. That's just ignorance. If you want to fill deep voids or create a shape, use putty. Excellent hard to find product.

You can buy wood repair epoxy putty all over the internet and in some stores. This material is different and I had a hard time finding it. The consistency is between liquid resin and putty. The consistency of the resin part is like cake frosting, while the hardener is like thick pancake or cake batter. When mixed, the end product falls somewhere between the two, but once cured is as tough as any other epoxy wood putty. The period of operation is similar to that of putty compositions. If there's

Some may be wondering what is the difference between this company's modeling clay and this paste. Well it is as it is written. Putty is more like dry plasticine, but a little softer. You can rub it and push it into the cracks or push it through with your fingers. This material has the consistency of something like yogurt. In fact, you can pour A from the container.
