Nice shorts overall. The lace is fake and cheap so I took it off. The colors are bright and the material is durable. My great granddaughter wears a size 6 and they run a bit large. Nice for the price.

Very beautiful thick high quality material. I wear these shorts for my son (because boy shorts are fun and knee-length) - they are comfortable and attractive. He can easily put them on and take them off. Thumbs up.

Fits well overall. The length is good and roomy. The only thing to watch out for is that the elastic runs a bit small. Some children feel cramped. We thought. The string is for demonstration purposes only and is not adjustable. Good choice for relaxing at home.

August 2021 - Bought for our 5 year old daughter and she loves her. We (also) cut the strings from the front as they serve no purpose. Very heavy 95% cotton, $7 each for our color choices. Good length as others have commented to keep the crotch low. If anything changes we will come back to update the review. Otherwise we will come back to order more :-)

My super skinny 10 year old wears size 8-10 shorts and they are too tight. Luckily I read the reviews and although I was going to buy a size 10-12 I went for a size 8-10 as everyone said they were too big. I'm so glad I did! She needed short but not tight. They are actually cuter than the photos I took. Very soft and she no longer tugs at her wedge every 5 minutes.

Bought these shoes in size 14/16 for my 12 year old daughter. She is tall and slim. The shorts are well made, good thickness and length (not too short) but her waist was small in all three pairs. I washed them in cold water and let them dry on a skirt stand stretching my waist as much as possible. He says it worked and now they are comfortable. I won't dry them and will probably repeat the stretch at least one more time. I hope this doesn't ruin the gum prematurely.
